The cottage sleeps 6 in three double bedrooms and is available for short breaks, weekends, mid-weeks and weekly bookings.
Keys are available after 3.30 on your arrival day. Please vacate the cottage before 10.30 am on departure. If you plan to arrive after 6.00 pm please let us know so we can make plans for key collection. Your rental fee includes linens, towels, services and fuel, including logs and coal. A dry bike store is available. Sorry but we don't take pets.
Children are very welcome and the house itself is well suited to all ages. We have a cupboard full of toys and some books too plus a stair gate on the main stair way. However, families with small children please note that our beds are all king size and we do not provide cots or small beds.
Kindly note, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the Top of Hope Farm premises.
Terms and Conditions
A 50% deposit is required on all bookings and a final payment is due two weeks before your arrival date. If you book after the two week period the full booking fee is required before your arrival. All deposits are not refundable. Sorry but we cannot accept credit or debit card payments. Please make your cheque payable to Sarah Durham.
